We bought a used EV from them that qualified for a $4,000 rebate. They did not do the paperwork correctly and we have not been able to get our rebate. We have spent HOURS dealing with this and are having to resort to small claims court. I bought my 2023 CX-9 in November 2023 from the STH dealer. Now in March 2024 my car won’t start. I called service and they said I could have it towed in right away but they couldn’t guarantee someone could look at it until April 17. The rep I spoke with was absolutely no help at all. Didn’t offer any support or anything.

When I purchased my vehicle from Sil Terhar Ford they emphasized their service quality and ability to support my purchase. However, on 12/15/2023 the Ford wrench light appeared on my dashboard indicating a powertrain issue. Upon contacting the dealership I was informed that they could not service this critical error until 04/01/2024 (April Fools?). Not sure what is going on with their service department but be aware that they seem to have problems supporting your purchase.

The salespeople, especially Ian, were exceptionally professional. They listened to my requests and responded to my satisfaction. I was very happy with my 2018 GMC Terrain purchase last March until the catalytic converter went out. HOWEVER, the team here did everything they could to get my car in immediately with a loaner ready to go. They were in regular contact with me throughout the process and were able to fix this issue under a GM warranty that Alpine GMC told me didn't exist and wanted to charge me $2,500 for. Their customer service and care is outstanding.

Took my truck for diagnosis and that same night it was stolen. I used to like sill tehar because of the price vs others dealerships but after this I'll NEVER take any of my cars there.
